I bought a Lexmark twin cartridge pack from Rite Choice, upon installing them I found out the black cartridge was faulty, I e-mailed them and got a reply within 2 days telling me to return the faulty product freepost which I did and within a few days received a new cartridge. Good customer service & good prices, would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Cartridges are too SMALL to work on L2400 Series Printers even though I was directed to them. Compatibility Lists would be helpful on the product pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
