Good value for moneyJuly 21, 2010 Dottie33 This is a great value for money pack. The return agreement is confusing though as you do not receive an envelop to return the old cartridge for recyling. Also there is no link from Amazon to the Lexmark website but after much searching the Lexmark site I found a link for Environmentally friendly program. If you click on this you can fill in your details and order a prepaid envelop to be sent to you to return the old cartridge.

I still have not received the product. I ordered in time to print out my 70 page Thesis but did not receive it.
I have contacted the seller who claims that has sent it an issued me a parcel ref number.
