No problems with delivery. Exactly what i wanted original ink cartridges for my printer and good prices as well.A very satisfied customer. I have used Amazon many times and will still carry on using them.

I purchased a canon pixma printer from Amazon last Autmn and the printing is good. However the ink cartridges like the one purchased don't last that long. The one I just bought lasted longer than the others the reason I think is that it is black photographic ink and iasn't used as much as the other cartridges which I am on second replacements. Canon appear to have reduced the capacity of their cartridges for printers after the pixma 4500 series but not the price, You might say why don't I buy generic cartridges. I did for the last printer which was an epsom stylus only to find they appeared to cause the print head to wear out quicker. I would say that the printing costs are ok for general printing using the canon pixma series cartridges but if you do a lot of photo printing it works out a lot more cost effective to use an online photo print service such as snapfish who I find are very good.

I spoke to Canon regarding these Ink Cartridge and they were saying that use only Canon Original because they give you best end result and they Canon have spent time and money on R&D on ink for printer so they know what colour and ratio dye to get the perfect colour print and do not buy third party ink becuase they have not spent the money the R&D and the ink and colour could be weak. If you use Original they said that you would prolong the life of the printer. I do not know about the last statement. I have bought ink from 7daysshop and service has been great you can buy ink from other retailer online but I do not know whether they genuine or not.
